The purpose of the study was to assess the influence of revenue management and health service delivery at Sefwi Wiawso Government Hospital. The study adopted the positivist philosophy. The quantitative data were gathered from 80 staff Sefwi Wiawso Government Hospital using survey questionnaires. The study employed the purposive sampling technique in selecting the respondents. The descriptive survey design was used. The PLS-SEM modelling technique was employed to analyse the main aims of this study using SMART PLS 3.3. The major findings of the study were: revenue management have significant influence on service delivery of Sefwi Wiawso Government Hospital. The study also found that revenue planning positively influence health service delivery at Sefwi Wiawso Government Hospital; furthermore, it was found that revenue expenditure control positively influence health service delivery at Sefwi Wiawso Government Hospital. Based on the findings, it was concluded that if the revenue management is well planned and implemented, there is no doubt that there shall be a corresponding improvement in the quality of health services delivered to clients
