Over the past years, we have seen technology evolving and changing our way of doing things. It has greatly impacted a lot of things including our work, communication, our ideas about the world, and many others. Indeed the coronavirus or the covid-19 has also forced agencies, companies, or businesses to focus on technology or artificial bits of intelligence to go about their work and daily routines and they are working hard to involve technology in their business or working practices in the long run in their local or across border affairs Technology/artificial intelligence has an influence on business and working practices that cannot be ignored; therefore, the goal of this review is to investigate the impact of artificial intelligence or technology on work, operational procedures, and work culture following Covid-19.
