Nut rient requi rement fo r infants inc reases by the sixth month, beyond the amounts given by b reast milk and children are expected to be introduced to family foods along with breast milk at six month. This study seek to assess the pattern of minimum acceptable dietary practices among mothe rs with child ren aged 6-24 months in East Mamp rusi Municipality, Ghana. A desc riptive c ross-secti onal study design was used fo r the study. The study employed multistage sampling techniques which involved purposive and simple random sampling. A quantitative method of data collecti on to assess the knowledge, attitude and p ractice of minimum acceptable dietary pattern among mothe rs with child ren aged 6 to 24 months. The questi onnai res we re analyzed using SPSS ve rsi on 25. Desc riptive statistics we re gene rated to desc ribe the f requencies and pe rcentages of the respondents. The mean and the standa rd deviati on we re calculated fo r continuous va riables. The ave rage mean sco re was calculated to dete rmine the level of knowledge, attitude and p ractice. Pea rson's chi-squa re analysis was done to dete rmine the associati ons between the independent and dependent va riables. In all analyses, a 95% confidence inte rval and p-values less than 0.05 (p<0.05) we re used to dete rmine statistical significance. The result was expo rted to Excel 2016 and the final result was p resented using tables, g raphs, and cha rts. The study found that 54% of respondents had high knowledge while 46% had low knowledge. Again, rega rding the ove rall level of attitude of the respondent, 32% of respondents have good attitude while 68% had a bad attitude.
