ABSTRACTJob satisfaction brings several benefits to an organization. It is believed that when employees are satisfied with their jobs, they become more committed and loyal to the organization and even protect the organization’s confidential information from unauthorized access. It was of this reason that the research conducted a study on job satisfaction and organizational performance. The main objective of the study was to investigate the influence of Job Satisfaction on organizational performance in the Judicial Service of Ghana in the Bono Region. The researcher therefore focused on issues that promote job satisfaction. Since the population under study was fairly large, the researcher used the qualitative method to elicit information from the respondents and used the random sampling with the purposive technique to gather data. Staff of 137 were selected from the courts within the region provided the needed information required by the questionnaire. The findings of the study revealed that when employee satisfaction is optimized and expedited, it acts as an incentive to enhance organizational performance. On the contrary, when employees are dissatisfied, organizational performance will diminish. These results suggest that increases in organizational performance may be achieved by increasing each of the five employee satisfaction factors. Hence, it is recommended that the Head of Civil Service, the Minister of Finance, the Accountant General, the Fair Wages and Salary Commission and the Labour Commission should come together to consider giving some allowances to staff of Judicial Service of Ghana to augment their salaries.
