ABSTRACTThe study aimed at evaluating the effects of organizational climate on employee work attitudes among the workers at the Sunyani Municipal Hospital. The study employed both the descriptive and explanatory research designs to achieve the study goal. A sample size of 138 from staff and management. Questionnaire with mostly closed ended questions was used. Quantitative data collection tools with emphasis on descriptive and inferential statistics were employed. It was Revealed that while staff were satisfied with leadership style and job security, dissatisfaction greeted compensation and employee relations. Meanwhile, staff were coiled on the nature of organizational structure and culture that currently exist in the hospital. It was revealed that compensation, job security, organizational structure and culture, and boss-employee relations were not statistically significant positive impact on the employees’ work attitude. Job security, followed by leadership styles, employee relations and structure and culture, whilst compensation ranked the lowest.
