These guidelines define the terms governing the purchase and use of unpublished academic manuscripts on our platform. Please read carefully before proceeding.
1. Exclusivity & Ownership
- Each manuscript is sold to one customer only.
- Upon purchase, the manuscript is permanently removed from the platform.
- Full ownership is transferred exclusively to the buyer.
- Re-listing or resale by the platform will never occur.
2. Usage Rights
- Manuscripts may be edited, expanded, or restructured without limitation.
- Use is permitted for academic, research, professional, or publication purposes.
- No attribution to the platform or preparer is required.
3. Purchase & Access
- Customers must review manuscript details prior to checkout.
- Files become available immediately after payment confirmation.
- Buyers are advised to securely store downloaded files.
4. Refund & Replacement Policy
- All sales are final due to the exclusive nature of unpublished manuscripts.
- Refunds or exchanges are not permitted once access is granted.
5. Academic Responsibility
- Final use must comply with institutional and publisher regulations.
- Ethical and academic integrity standards remain the buyer’s responsibility.
- Manuscripts should be reviewed and customized before submission.
6. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- All transactions are securely processed.
- Customer data is treated as confidential.
- Purchased manuscripts are never shared with third parties.
7. Fair Use & Platform Integrity
- Unauthorized duplication or redistribution is prohibited.
- Misuse may result in account suspension or permanent restriction.
